Photos and Description of this Javea holiday villa

This is a charming and well-dimensioned villa that is located on the end of a cul de sac only a few minutes from the bay of 'Granadella' on the southern side of Jávea. The view of the sea is impressive and tranquillity is guaranteed. The slightly sloped property has 1500 m² and is very sunny and protected against the wind. The exterior areas use the area well: The Naya and a 100 m² pool-terrace with a grill are located facing the sea. In front of the house you will find a small garden. The villa with 200 m² space stretches out over two stories. The interior shows the traditional architecture of the region. From the entrance you go right into the spacious living room with a kitchen, left to two bedrooms with a bathroom. On the lower floor you will find an extra bedroom with bathroom. The equipment of the house is complete

„Sehr geehrter Herr Peiniger, auf diesem Wege möchte ich mich, im Namen der ganzen Familie und vor allem auch im Namen von Herrn Llistosella recht herzlich bei Ihnen bedanken. Unseren Urlaub in Ihrem Ferienhaus haben wir sehr genossen. Leider haben die schulpflichtigen Kinder nur 2 Wochen Pfingstferien, sonst wären wir gerne noch länger in Jávea geblieben.
