The object is a pretty family mansion with large garden and a swimming pool. The garden and the pool are regularly maintained. The house is directly below Les Baux de Provence in a very calm area. The entry gate is opened by remote control. There are many interesting places to be visited like: The market in Arles, Aix en Provence, les Saintes Maries de la Mer, Salon, Avignon and Marseille. The temperatures are practically never under zero and summer temperatures can be considered as from April to October. Should it really become cooler at times, one sits comfortably behind the chimney fire and drinks a good red wine from the area. You will find many very good Provencal Restaurants close by, under others a few with up to 2 * Michelin Stars * A local tennis court is approx. 5 minutes from the appartement. You will enjoy a wonderful view to the Alpillies.
