It is equipped with SAT-TV, stereo, 3 bedrooms with cupboards, 2 marble bathrooms, a big terrace with sea view and two balconies with sea view. Also in the winter a good place to get suntanned, when other places are too windy.

If you come from the airport the house is just at the beginning of Palma, close to the building of ‘Gesa’. The flat is on the 8th floor (with elevator) . There are about 5 minutes to walk to the beach and old city. Around 100 meters, you’ll find all shops like supermarket, butcher, fisher, 4 bakeries, 2 banks, bars, and a big playground for children.

Volltreffer!!

Diese Ferienwohnung hat uns extrem positiv überrascht. In einem Haus, welches in den obersten Stockwerken so individuell zerklüftet gebaut wurde, liegt dieses Appartment im 8. Stock. Bei der Erstbesichtigung gefielen uns zunächst Eingangsbereich, Küche (Waschraum) und Wohnzimmer, hier mit windgeschütztem Balkon mit Ausblick auf´s Meer. Den anderen Balkon habe ich erst 2 Tage später entdeckt (Esszimmerbereich).
Dann geht´s vorbei am ersten Bad in die Schlafzimmer. Und hier, denkt mann, war´s das nun. Hätte ja auch gereicht. Jedoch durch das rote Schlafzimmer (wir haben übrigens hervorragend geschlafen, trotz zeitweiser Siedlungsgeräusche (Gott sei Dank spanische Nachbarn, immer zum Plausch bereit) gelangt man in einen nächsten Verteilerflur, von dem ein weiteres Bad, ein Arbeitszimmer mit angeschlossenem Wintergarten und Zugang zu einer Terasse abgeht.
Wer gerne kocht, hat hierzu eine reichlich ausgestattete Küche.
Die Warmwasser Versorgung ist nichts für Langduscher, also ausreichend.

Wir haben unsere 10 Tage (Nebensaison) auch wegen dieser Wohnung sehr genossen.

Große Wohnung unter Spaniern

Das einzig Gute an dieser Wohnung ist ihre Größe und ihre Lage. Ansonsten hat diese Ferienwohnung schon bessere zeiten erlebt. Die Farbgestaltung der beiden Schlafzimmer ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, eine Säule im Wohnzimmer hatte einen großen Wasserschaden, ein Bidet hat einen Sprung, einem WC fehlt der Deckel, die Badezimmer allgemein in einem ungepflegten Zustand,als Bettdecken hatten wir nur die Bezüge, die Tischdecke war fleckig usw. usw.
Der Ausblick ist der Blick auf ein ungepflegtes Mehrfamilienhaus und eine Riesenbaustelle, also auch nicht so prickelnd!
Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung auf gar keinen Fall empfehlen.
Owner's Response: Die Säule im WZ ist inzwischen gestrichen nachdem die Versicherung da war. Wenn es nichts dringendes ist, werden die Schäden die im Laufe der Saison verursacht werden, in der ruhigen Zeit renoviert. Der Ausblick ist Meerblick, Bergblick und Palmablick, und da kann man sicher auch Häuser finden die nicht so oft gestrichen werden wie in Deutschland ich möchte mich hiermit dafür entschuldigen, auch dafür dass wir Spanier unsere Wäsche im freien aufhängen. In der Wohnung waren Daunendecken man hätte nur fragen müssen oder im Bettkasten nachsehen. Gerne mailen wir Ihnen Fotos von allen Zimmern. Wegen der Farbgestaltung.

Große Wohnung mit Traumblick

Ich kann die Kritik der vorherigen Bewertung nicht nachvollziehen
Es war Erholung pur in einer großzügigen, gepflegten, toll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung mit Dachterrasse und Balkone und einem 360° Blick über den Hafen, zum Schloss Bellver die ganze Bergkette, sowie nach Randa. Wenn man will kann man den ganzen Tag die Sonne genießen, herrlich. Wenn man aus dem Salon schaut, hat man den herrlichsten Blick auf die Hafeneinfahrt vom Palma.
Die Küche ist mit vielen kleinen Details (Gewürze, Essig, Öl, schönes Geschirr) bestens ausgestattet.
Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster, deutsches SAT-TV,DVD, Stereoanlage - wie zuhause.
Ideal für Selbstversorger, nur 1 Minute vom Supermarkt.
Sehr gute Lage, nur 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Stand und zur Altstadt.
Zu Fuß erreicht man den Paseo Maritimo in bequemen 5 min. hier kann man bis zur historischen Altstadt (Kathedrale ) regelrecht flanieren oder den Radweg benutzen.
Auch ohne Auto ist man dort sehr gut aufgehoben - die Busse in die Stadt oder nach Arenal und Flughafen fahren alle paar Minuten von der nahen Haltestelle.
außerdem gibt es in der Wohnung reichlich Bücher, Reiseführer und Unterlagen mit vielen Tipps für die nähere Umgebung sowie die Stadt und die ganze Insel.
Schön war auch, dass man hier unter Spaniern lebt und nicht so im Touri-Trubel
wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. wir kommen wieder und empfehlen sie unseren Freunden sehr gern weiter. ob mit oder ohne Auto.

FEWO mit Meerblick,nicht für Ruhe suchende !

Wir hatten die Wohnung für einen Zeitraum von 18 Tagen im Juli 2009 gemietet.

Die Wohnung ist extrem hellhörig , und über der Wohnung befindet sich die Dachterasse eines Spaniers !

Das Objekt ist, bis auf die einfachst zusammengestellte Küche ,von durchschnittlicher Ausstattung .


Der Blick aufs Meer ist bis auf die derzeit noch vorhandenen Baukräne gut .

Empfehlung :gut für Leute die in Palma Party machen wollen!

Für den "normalen Urlauber "der auch hin und wieder mal Entspannung sucht ist die Wohnung nicht so geeignet.

Die Grösse und Lage d. App. sind ok, doch in ca. 1 km Sichtweite eröffnet sich gerade eine Riesenbaustelle, kurz vor dem Paseo Maritimo, mit wachsendem Baulärm.
Techn. Ausstattung (Bäder, Warm-Wasser-Versorung) sind typ. spanisch zu pflegen..
Die Küche ist einfach zusammengestellt.
Terrassen und Balkon mit Blick super.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car
Owner's Response: Der Lärm der Baustelle hat sich inzwischen gelegt, weil die beiden Presslufthammer für den Aushub entfernt wurden.
Auch wurde ein neuer Durchlauferhitzer installiert, so funktioniert die Warm-Wasserversorgung wieder bestens.
