We offer you a modern spacious villa of 95 m² with open-plan living room with leather sofas, round table and 6 chairs, satellite TV, breakfast bar divided kitchen area with dishwasher. Separate WC and on each side of the living room 1 bedroom with shower and WC. Set in large gardens on the village outskirts; Pool 11 x 5,5 m with security immersion alarm, pool-house with covered terrace, kitchenette and shower, built-in barbecue, steps down to tennis court. There is a fish pond with small bridge and waterfall.

Our vacation home is just 1 km away from the delightful village of Trans-en-Provence with shops and restaurants amongst old squares with cafés, riding club and a river gorge with a series of waterfalls crossing through the village centre. Hypermarket 1 km and more shops, bike hire and nightlife. Next town is Draguingan 5 km away. Sandy beaches St. Raphael/Fréjus and St; Maxime 25 km, or the excellent swimming lage St. Cassien 46 mm with all water sports. Les Gorges du Verdon (Gran Canyon) 50 km. Indulge yourself in the sophisticated resorts of Cannes 60 km and Nice 85 km. The International airport Nice is 80 km and Toulon is 90 km away.

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen, sehr geräumiges Ferienhaus,sauber und in Top zustand. Die Badezimmer sind einfach aber zweckmäßig. Toller Pool und Tennisplatz. Die möglichkeit zum Grillen direkt am Pool einfach weltklasse. Die Besitzerin ist eine nette unkomplizierte Persönlichkeit und war für tolle Tips was man so alles in der Umgebung machen kann sehr hilfreich. Wir waren auf jedenfall nicht das letzte mal da...
