On the ground floor you will find a living room, kitchen w/direct access to the terrace seats in the garden and a separate WC. On the top floor there is 1 bedroom with a balcony and panorama view of the sea, 1 children's room and WC/bath. The entire house is capped by a roof terrace, which can also serve as a place to sit. The holiday settlement has a private beach with loungers and umbrellas that can be used free of charge. The swimming pool has a kiddie pool, water-sport pool, adult swimming pool and an alcove with a massaging water jets. A tennis court and volleyball court are also free to use. In the restaurant directly by the beach you can eat well and for a reasonable price. The holiday settlement is guarded around the clock.

The holiday settlement Yasemin is located 3 km from the fishing village of Güllük and was finished in 2002/2003. The settlement has olive trees and eucalyptus trees on the beach, along with palm trees. It is ideal for families with small children, because there is no through traffic through the complexes.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Türkei war wunderschön. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war wie angegeben Strandnah und sehr gepflegt. Alle Nachbarn waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfbereit und entgegenkommend. Wir werden auf jedenfall wieder hierher reisen und so völlig entspannt zurück kommen wie dieses Jahr - Vielen Dank :-))

Entspannunung pur

Auch wir können uns unseren Vorbewertern nur anschliessen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und begeistert von dem Haus und der Aussicht.
Es ist ein geeigneter Ort zum entspannen, die Leute sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Vemieterin war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und fair.
Dort ist keinerlei Nepp.
Wahrscheinlich waren wir die einzigen Deutschen in der Ferienanlage, dort waren weitgehend Einheimische. Wir waren begeistert von diesem Land und Leute Urlaub.
Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme am Pool und am Strand waren trotz Hochsaison, immer zu finden.
Der Pool war sehr schön. In das Meer, kam man bequem über einen Steg.
Ein Auto muß man schon mieten, was aber dort ziemlich teuer ist.
In dem ca 3 km entfernten Güllück kann man sehr gut und preiswert essen. Zum Shoppen war Bodrum ( etwa 45 Min. entfernt ) sehr gut geeignet.

Top Ferienhaus und Siedlung

wir haben vom 01-08-23.08.08 das Ferienhaus gemietet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und sie war auch sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns noch weitere Fotos vom Objekt zugeschickt.
Als wir dort waren haben wir es nicht gelaubt es war sogar viel viel schöner als auf dem Fotos das Haus selber sehr geflegt sehr sauber und man hat dort alles was mann braucht. Der weg zum Strand und Pool ist wunderschön man fühlt sich als wenn manin einer Hotelanlage langläuft so sauber und wunderschön. Das meer war auch Wunderschön und der Pool auch Top . Wir haben zwar keine klein kinder mehr aber wenn famielien mit kleinkindern dort hinwollen ohne Probleme es gibt ein Pool für kleine kids , Spielplatz, und das meer ist auch für kleinkinder geeignet.
Also wir können das Objekt mit bestem gewissen weiterempfelen wenn man sein Urlaub in der Türkei Plant und nach Bodrum möchte nicht zögern wir sagen nur TOP TOP TOP

und einen herzlichen an an den Vermieter Dankeschön
