Idyllic Keys getaway accomodations

This was our first experience with home rental for vacationing. We have come to be familiar with the benefits of townhouse or condo options, and this is an experience I highly recommend.
The owner could not have been more accommodating, and enjoyable. Personalized service not only about the amenities of the property but about the area. Shopping, dining, sightseeing recommendations were without fail spot on. But about the property:
You are situated in a neighborhood, very safe and secure. While homes are spaced tightly, the lot and plantings allow for a private experience.
The house is set up very well for rental, very clean, modern, with all the necessary components to vacation. The decor reminds you that you are in a tropical vacation destination in every room, if the water views were not to confirm your suspicions first. The pool and spa are a centerpiece to the outdoor living and the lanai space pool side with its couches, tables, lighting, TV, and additional kitchen bath space will keep you "home" for hours.
Multiple dining and sitting spaces commercial style gas grill and patio spaces will accommodate a family or friends with ease, and assure that you can enjoy the property from any number of locations
The view is southwest and winter sunsets are straight away off the dock. Beach area is small allowing for water entry ( kayaks or swimming) a small sandy area around the lower pool deck can re-create the ocean experience on the bayside. The bay is shallow and calm with prevailing winds cooling the house naturally although the AC is there if desire.
There are a lot of activities to enjoy in the Keys and if there is a downside to the property it is that you will find it quite difficult to pull yourself away from its tranquil grasp to explore elsewhere. But should you choose to, there are plenty of water activities waiting just outside the gate. A car is a necessity but with folks coming into Miami or Ft Lauderdale you will likely have your rental at hand.
Wi Fi is present, CD radios, and flat screen TVs everywhere you turn the only luxury feature missing was expanded HD TV programming and a central sound system.( low priorities for us given the other amenities)
When I travel I occasionally find myself saying "I could live here"
That was true not only of the area, but of this property in particular. I could move in tomorrow and never look back if I were that fortunate.
