The 2 exclusive villas, are located only 150 m from the Trou aux biches beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Mauritius. The two houses which are made up of 2 x 2 apartments, each 125 m², are in a quiet area in a cul-de-sac, with pool and attractive outdoor area. Every apartment is disposed with modern and luxurious fittings, which demand a high European standard. The kitchen is furnished with all kitchen appliances in excellent quality. The living/dining room is equipped with an adjustable ceiling-ventilator, TV, video, CD-radio, phone. Both double bedrooms are disposed with a remote controlled air-condition and with its own bathroom with shower and toilet. Price includes daily cleaner, towels, bath towels, bed linen, safe, air-conditioning, lounges and sunshades by the pool. Available for the beach: beach loungers, sunshades, cooling box. 2 bicycles are free of charge for our guests. We guarantee you an excellent service and looking after our guests on the spot.

The spacious 3 1/2 room apartment lays on the first floor, on the left side of our residence 'Mo ti paradis' . All -4- apartments are equipped with the same modern and luxurious fittings. The large covered terrace is furnished with a comfortable seat accommodation, table and chairs and invite for relaxing. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets with a glass of wine.

Trou aux Biches is located on the northwest part of the island and is well-know for its kilometre long white, shallow sandy beach. Close by our villas are restaurants, snack-bars, shopping facilities, boutiques, doctor, pharmacy, police station, bank, taxi and bus stations as well as a casino. To the lively Grand Baie it takes a carried of 10 min., where discos, casino, bars and many restaurants can be found.

Ideala Lage - nur 200 Meter vom Ozean und weissen Sandstrand - ideal eingerichtete Wohnung und was Enkelkindern am meisten gefallen hat - Schwimmingpool im Hof. Man braucht nicht mehr um eine Urlaub zu geniessen!
Hauspersonal sehr freundlich und Syrina war auch super!

Das Appartement bietet viel Platz, ist ruhig gelegen, nahe am Strand (ca. 3') und sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Hygienezustände sind herrvorragend. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung im Appartement überlässt einem die Wahl, ob man gemütlich zu Hause etwas kocht oder sich lieber in einem der umliegenden Lokale bedienen lässt. Es gibt sehr kostengünstige Speisemöglichkeiten. Die Besitzer der Appartements beraten einem gerne (auch in perfekter Deutscher sprache) . Ebenfalls stehen sie für Ausflugsanfragen zur Verfügung und bieten selber Touren an.

Zu den Appartements gehört ein kleiner Pool, Liegestühle für den Strand sowie Fahrräder. Am Strand gibt es gegen Gebühren zahlreiche Sportangebote. Ein Besuch für anspruchsvollere Gäste lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier.

Joli apartment près de la plage Trou aux Biches

Très jolies apartments près d'une des plus belles plages de l'ile. Les apartments se trouvent vraiment à seulement quelques metres de la plage. Supermarché et quelques restaurants sont juste à côté. Pas loin du village Grand Baie (10minutes en taxi) et de la ville Port Louis (30 minutes en taxi).
Le personnel est extraordinaire et très gentil. Les apartments sont très propres (ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas à l'ile Maurice) et bien equipés.
Nous avons appreciés l'access gratuit à l'internet et les dvds qu'on a mis à notre disposition ainsi que la superbe cuisine.
Nous éspérons bientôt retourner au "Mo ti Paradis" et conseillons à tout le monde d'y passer des vacances.
