Villa Rustica is the perfect choice for two families. The two story villa has a total surface area of 170 sqm. It can´t be rented separately! First floor (ca. 65 sqm), suitable for up to 4 persons, has a separate entrance, spacious living and dining rooms with a cooking area, satellite TV for German programmes, studio couch, 1 room with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. Second floor (ca. 105 sqm) suitable for up to 6 persons, has one large living room with a round brick arch in the corner, satellite TV for German programmes, a fully equipped cooking area. You will find Tuscan dining tables, studio couch, bedroom with a double bed, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with washbasin and WC and bathroom with shower. Villa has a big private park (approx. 100sqm) and a summer house (approx. 60 sqm) containing deckchairs and dining place, shower and barbeque area.
