The apartment is situated in a little country, Valloria. This house is on the top of the village, and if you are on the sunroof you have a 360° view, from the mountains to the sea! The apartment is composed by: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 well-equipped kitchen and a big terrace. There is also the washing-machine and the TV sat. The swimming pool is 7 km far from the house.

Our valley is situated 20 km from Sanremo, 40 km from Monte Carlo and it is close to the French Coast. Half an hour drive from the Imperia coast takes you to an altitude of 1149mt on Mt. Faudo, through groves of olive trees, oaks, chestnuts, pine trees and acacias, and in the right season you can also go mushroom picking. In the valleys of Prino and the woodlands, there are wonderful streams and small lakes, which offer refreshment and quietness and where you can really appreciate the beauty of Mother Nature. There is also a horse-riding-centre in Dolcedo, giving the opportunity for horse riding trips. Beside all water activities, in Imperia it is possible to go for marine trips along the coast; At 10 to 12 miles off shore you can go whale-watching and see them in their natural habitat. At half an hour drive you will find Garlenda, Sanremo and Montecarlo golf courses. In Toirano, 40 km. away you can visit the wonderful famous caves.

Notes: The parking is just a few meters far from the house, in the Piazza of the quiet village. The Kitchen is also equipped with a toaster, a mixer and coffee/cappuccino maker. Elderly people who cannot use stairs may have problems. The sunroof, that is very large (14qm) and comfortable, is suitable for outdoor meals. The panorama is breathtaking. On it there is the table with 5 chairs, so you can eat outdoor. The house has been recently renovated (2003) in perfect Ligurian style.

Around Valloria and more: The quiet house goes along very well with the relaxing atmosphere you will find in the little village of Valloria. The village is a starting point for beautiful strolls in the woods. In the surroundings there are several recreational activities. You can go horse-riding in Dolcedo, trekking or cycling. If you fancy water activities, in Imperia it is the possibility to go for marine trips along the coast or you can go whale-watching at 10 miles off shore and see the animals in their natural habitat. There are some caves 40 km away. You can visit the very wellknown Toirano caves. They are worth the trip. The aquarium and maritime museum in Genoa are also very appealing or the exotic Hanbury Gardens towards the French coast. If you have children they would probably enjoy the Caravelle water park in Ceriale. For adults, the casino of San Remo is at half an hour drive, or simply stroll around one of the numerous markets.
