Our holiday apartment Aurikel (***) is an extention to our house with a seperate entry. Our house is situated in a 5000 m² forest and garden property and has a central location. Shops of all kinds, the in- and outdoor pool, the spa gardens, hiking trails and in winter Loipen are reachable in few minutes by foot. The apartment (65 m²) are arranged in a comfortable Bavarian style with all modern comfort (cable TV, video, telephone, dishwasher, microwave etc.). The apartment has a living area with a fully equipped kitchen area, two bedrooms for two people (no bunk beds), bathroom/ toilet, separate shower, floorboard. Furthermore it includes a balcony at the south with a panoramic view over the Wettersteingebirge and Germany’s highest mountain: Zugspitze, a sunbathing area with deck chairs and suite, a tennis court as well as a parking lot for 1-3 cars. Our apartment offers room for 2 – 5 people. Animals are also welcome if enrolled in advance.

Grainau lies at a height of 753 m at the foot of Germany’s highest mountain, Zugspitze, and is also close to the border to Tirol/ Austria. Our surrounding mountains in the Wetterstein-, Karwendl- and Ammergebirge invite to hiking tours with different severity. In winter there are large skiing areas and cross-country ski tracks for beginners and advanced learners. At the perimeter of 70 km you can get to lovely destinations as the castles Linderhof, Obergammergau, Wieskirche or Mittenwald.

  • The daily rental rate of 66 € is fort he peak season for 4 persons. Every additional person pays 6 € a day. The daily rental rate of 52 € is for 2 persons in the Low season. Every additional person pays 6 €. Children until 6 are free in the Low season. The prices include linen, electricity, water, heating, cable TV and telephone. All additional charges are: final cleaning 25 €, 35 € with pets, telephone is charged by units as well as the visitor’s tax of the community.
  • When booking an advance must be paid. We recommend concluding a travel cancellation insurance.

Wir waren vom 5 bis 10 Januar 09 zu Gast. 4 Erwachsene und ein Kind.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von den Vermietern begrüßt und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt.

Als wir wieder zuhause waren bekamen wir kurze Zeit später ein Paket zugeschickt, mit Sachen drin die wir vergessen hatten mitzunehmen.

Dafür wollten wir uns nochmals herlich bedanken!
