Miscellaneous:
The skiing and hiking regions of Silvretta or Rätikon and the hiking region of Verwall offer light tours. In the summer, you can chose the relaxing spa 'Mountain Beach', where you can relax and bath in a pure natural environment, on 27 000 m² bathing surface. There are 6500 m² of water. White-water rafting for children is possible. There is a 50 m basin. The cross-country skiing runs are 100 m away. Within a 10 minutebwalk, you can reach Versettl train with the station in the valley (Silvretta Nova skiing region). There are approx. 5 to 10 minutes to the center. The next restaurant is within 150 m. There is a line stop and a ski bus stop by the house. The next train station: Schruns (15 km) or Bludenz (25 km). The apartment can be rented for the whole year under certain conditions. (Please ask the owner personally.)
Long-term rent and booking:
For the winter and the summer prepayment is necessary. The bookings are valid only after we receive your prepayment. Please make a cancellation-of-events insurance. The general rules are the ones according to the Austrian Hotel Contracts (ÖHVB).
Description of the way:
By car: from Germany over Lindau-Bregenz through the tunnels of Pfänder and Amberg, or from Switzerland over Feldkirch, on the highway to Bludenz-Ost, as well as from Innsbruck-Landeck-Paznauntal-Silvretta on the high alpine roads (which can be used only in the summer), or through the Arlberg tunnel/ Arlberg pass over Bludenz-Ost to Gaschurn-Partenen. Distance: Bludenz - Gaschurn – Partenen: 25 km. You will usually be able to reach the center of the village without snow chains during the entire winter. However, winter equipment is necessary. By train: express train station Bludenz, direct bus connection Bludenz - Gaschurn/Partenen or go from Bluden to Schruns by the Montafoner train and during the winter by bus to Gaschurn-Partenen. By plane: the next airport is Zürich Kloten (182 km). You have a bus connection to Bludenz. During the winter season, there is a bus shuttle service from the airport to Gaschurn-Partenen on Saturdays and Sundays. Further airports: Friedrichshafen; train
Ski:
There is the skiing region Silvretta Nova & the tourist Silvretta & Rätikon groups. The Verwall group is suitable for further hiking trails. The skiing region Silvretta Nova is the biggest skiing region in Montafon. It has over 110 km of prepared starts, w/all levels of proficiency. You also have numerous extra possibilities for deep snow starts in the skiing region of Silvretta Nova and Silvretta mountainous massive as a highly tourist region. The ski bus has a station by your house (The ski pas is included in the price). There is only 1 stop to the center, and the next one is the train station. In the low season, there are convenient week flat rates. There is a surcharge for the breakfast-buffet: 10 Euros per person and per day. Please ask for the children prices. The breakfast buffet is available in the house ‘Schima Drosa’ (across the village street). Sauna, solarium and depidarium are also possible for a certain surcharge and with notice in advance.
