The farm is situated above 1400 metres sealevel and in the near of the village Tartsch. Tartsch is just 5 min. away from our house. In our vacation home you can enjoy relaxing and quiet holidays surrounded by a wonderful landscape of the Ortler area.

Our farm is located at 1400 meters above the sea, we are in the mountains. The next village is about 8 kilometers far away, Mals and Tartsch.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The price includes free entry to the swimming pool in Mals (about 10 minutes away from our farm, to reach by car). Children under 3 years 4,00 euro less of the total amount (all people included), until 10 years 2,00 Euro less of the total amount (all people included). The price is for two persons in the low and high season. The rental rates are from 38 to 92 Euro per day (from 2 - 6people) in the low season; from 43 until 102 Euro per day (from 2 - 6 people) in the high season. One person more costs 9.00 Euro more, one person 4.00 Euro less. The final cleaning costs 30,00 Euro for each apartement. Tell us always the age of the children in your inquiry! 4,00 Euro less for children under 3 years and 2,00 Euro less for children under 10 years. The reduction is always based on the total amount for each apartement per day and per season.
  • Offerts usually after the christmas-holidays until the end of January each year but only by booking an appartement for 7 days and more. Ask us about the adventure-weeks in January 2009!

Ski: From our farm it is possible to reach the skiing centres in about 20 or 30 minutes by car. If you want you can go also to skiing in Sulden or Schnalstal, there are a little bit far away. You need about 45 minutes to reach this places.
