This large family home has two levels. It is located in Kingsbury Estates, a very exclusive area of Lake Tahoe Nevada and within half a mile of the Boulder Ski Lift at Heavenly. The lot is a corner lot with a wonderful rock formation backing up to the home.

On the first level(entry level), there are three bedrooms and one bath. On the upper level another three bedrooms, two baths, a large family, living room and kitchen combination and a dining room. There is a pool table and entertainment center there as well.

The home is nicely furnished and decorated, has a laundry area and an outside deck with private hot tub and barbecue. This home is a great value for the extended family.
