The charming villetta in Sardinian style is part of a new holiday-complex (completion 2003) and it’s located on the panoramic road between Olbia and Golfo Aranci, 5 km far from Olbia. It is situated on a little hill, overlooking the sea, with a beautiful view on the island of Tavolara. To the very attractive beach of Pittulongu you walk only 5 minutes.

Notes to the rental rates

• Prices are intended for 2 people, additional cost for each additional person Euro 25/ week. The prices are including all additional costs except the cost for heating (Euro 50/week) and the cost for final cleaning of Euro 50. The cost for sheets and towels is Euro 12/ person (or you use your own) - there are no beach-towels in the villetta. Minimum stay: one week. Payment: 20 % by booking, the remaining amount 2 months before your arrival.

Accommodation and Facilities for the Casa Cristina on Sardinia, Italy

To survive

Very close (about 150 m) to Casa Cristina there is a little alimentary-shop. In front of this shop you’ll find a bus-stop to go to Olbia or to Golfo Aranci (during the season every hour). There are also several very good restaurants and bars on the beach, but almost all of them are open only during the season. In the wintertime you need a car to reach the big supermarkets in Olbia (and for your other trips around this beautiful island). If you don’t want to drive: Use our shopping-service!)

The beach

To reach the wonderful beach of Pittulongu, you just have to go down the little hill, cross the panoramic road and take the first road on your right - it brings you directly there. There are also other very nice beaches nearby - Costa Smeralda at its best! I can’t describe Sardinian’s famous and unique sea -you have to see it! You will certainly find your own sunny place, made especially for you.

The car

All what you need for a nice relaxing summer-holiday is nearby, that means, that during the season (May till October) you don’t really need a car. But certainly you sometimes like to go out in the evening, making trips to Porto Cervo, the centre of the famous 'Costa Smeralda', or just 'around the Corner' to Porto Rotondo (maybe for a romantic 'sun downer' in the harbour), to Olbia (very good for shopping) or to the many natural wonders of Sardinia and therefore is a car important. By the way - Sardinia is not beautiful only in the summer, all 4 seasons are very attractive: The spring (which usually starts in February) with the colours and the smell of thousands of plants and flowers, the autumn with it many Sardinian 'fiestas' and even the Winter, when, if you walk on the sunny beaches, you’ll get the feeling that all this beauty around belongs only to you.

Golf Information:

Porto Cervo is known to have one of the most beautiful golf-places of Europe. Even if you don’t play, is it nice to be there and to have a drink (a touch of 'Hollywood'). Distance by car: 30 minutes.
