This holiday house of approximately 300 sqm area was made exclusively of natural building materials such as marble, solid wood and mineral plaster. The space includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 generous living room and a kitchen. The open Majorcan kitchen is integrated within the large living room. This holiday house is surrounded by approximately 450 sqm of terrace. The 140 sqm ground floor includes a fireplace with comfortable seating as a central point. The generous terrace includes a 15 x 7 m swimming pool, perfect for water games. From the ladder inwards the water deepens from 1,20 m to 2,20 m so that older guests as well as children can use it. For balneo-physiological treatments there is a strong counter stream as well as a large pressure shower. The crystal clear, hygienic water quality is made possible by means of salt electrolysis

This holiday house is right next to Colonia Sant Jordi. The old fishing village of Colonia Sant Jordi is on the southern peak of Majorca between two wonderful nature beaches, Es Trenc and S´Avall. They are unspoilt beaches with crystal clear water and are both situated within a nature reserve. Colonia St. Jordi offers families good places to go as well as relaxation. The Cabrera group of islands with its stunning national park is easy to get to by boat in the summer. In Colonia St. Jordi cars, motorbikes and bicycles are available to rent on a swap basis, and you can also take riding lessons. Colonia St. Jordi is 45 km from Palma Airport. The 7.400 sqm communal ground plot has a panoramic view of the sea, the Islas de Cabrera nature reserve archipelago as well as the harbour town of Colonia Sant Jordi. Colonia town also offers more leisure activities, a beauty shop, a fitness centre and various other shops.

Wir waren 1 Woche in diesem Haus. Alle Mitreisenden(6 Erwachsene; 3 Jugendliche) waren begeistert von der Unterkunft.
Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, hat allen Komfort den man braucht.
In den Ort St. Jordi ist man zu Fuß in 20 Min. und mit dem Auto in 5 Min.
