Surrounded by nature in a conservation area, the villa offers total privacy and quietness, located only 1.5 km from the local village of St Jeannet and 6 km from Vence and St. Paul de Vence. Nice International Airport and the sea are only at 15 minutes distance and Nice or Cannes 20 minutes away.

It is only 10 minutes walk to the old local village of St Jeannet and 6 km to Vence and Saint Paul de Vence. The villa is also ideally situated to combine winter and summer sport activities during November to April. You have 3 major ski centers only 1 to 1,5 hours away by car. You can Ski and play Golf all during one and the same day. The Saint Jeannet area offers several opportunities for walks in the mountain with clearly marked tracks and routes.

Additional information about rental rates

  • In addition to the weekly rental rates that include linen and towels, there is a cleaning charge of the villa when you depart of Euro 170/rental, payable on arrival directly to the person who will meet you. During the period of October to May 01, there is a weekly charge of Euro 125 for electricity and heating. Special long winter rental rates are available for the period October to April. Kindly consult the owner. A 20 % deposit is due on reservation, a further 30 % is due 60 days prior to arrival and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation fee: 20 % any time and 30 % 60 days prior to arrival and 100 % 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Long winter rentals are available from October to April. 1 month euro 2900, 2 month euro 2700/month, 3 month plus euro 2500/month For long term rentals the electricity & heating will be charged as per actual consumption.

Notes: The villa offers a high standard of facilities with all amenities for a comfortable holiday. The pool area has a pool house with sauna and an open fire place and BBQ as well as a dining area for up to 14 persons. Pets are considered, provided that they are well behaved. Children are welcome as long as they use the facilities with respect and care. The Sauna is a Nordic sauna heated with wood - Not electric- and provides you with the ultimate pleasure of a real Sauna. The house keeper will assist you in getting the nessesary wood. The pool can be kept open during the winter, subject to agreement with the owner.

Further details for this holiday villa rental in Saint Jeannet, France

Terms & Conditions: A security deposit of euros 300 will be required on arrival to cover any accidental damage. This will be returned on departure, provided no damage has occurred. The land lord’s representative will meet you on arrival at the villa and introduce you to the villa and its facilities. The maximum number of persons accepted to sleep in the villa is up to a maximum of 6. Special offers and rates may be available during the season, and are subject to separate agreement with the land lord. The swimming pool is closed from October 15 to end April (pending on weather).

Additional Information & charges & conditions: A charge of euros 160 for the final cleaning when you leave the villa is mandatory. You are still however expected to leave the villa in same excellent condition as you received it on arrival. During the period October 15 to mid April there is a charge for electricity & heating of euros 115/week. On reservation of the property a 20 % dawn payment is required. 60 days prior to arrival a further 30 % and 30 days prior to arrival the balance of 50 % is due. Terms of cancellation: Ask the land lord.
