It has approx. 50 m² ground surface with living room and adjacent American kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 small hallway, 1 bathroom with WC (with bath), loggia with sea view. Parking space in front of the house or nearby. The apartment is annually renovated.

Santa Ponsa is on the south west coast of Majorca. This famous holiday resort has plenty of shops. We have all kinds of excellent medical resources. An extended bay with a shallow beach is wonderful for children and the elderly and wonderful for bathing.

Dieses Appartement ist von der Ausstattung und der Lage absolut empfehlenswert. Zum Strand oder ins nächtl. Getümmel sind es wirklich nur ein paar Schritte. Leider ist es sehr sehr hellhörig. Der Hund von nebenan an es einen um 6.00h morgens nicht gerade leicht gemacht. Auch die sehr vielen Engländer im Ort verstehen es bis früh morgens zu feiern, um dann gegen 5.00h noch ein lautstarkes Bad im Meer zu nehmen. Aber wenn man Ruhe haben will, darf man nunmal nicht "1. Reihe" buchen.
Das A. war, wie gesagt, sehr gut ausgestattet. Ob Kühltasche, Kühlakkus, Sonnenschirme, Strandmatten, Regenschirm, genügend Handtücher, etc...alles da.
Zum Empfang gab´s eine leckere Flasche Rotwein.
Die Vermieter sind äußerst nett und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn es einmal ein kleines Problem gibt.
Wir würden nochmal hier einchecken!
