The Podere Consalvo is a typical Tuscan farmhouse. It is located in the heart of the 'Chianti', dipping in the middle of the green Tuscan hills, etween Florence and Siena. Thanks to its good geographical position (at 265 m. above sea level) guests can enjoy a very pleasant climate together with a magnificent view on the vineyards and olive plantations, from which it is surrounded. This is the ideal place for a very comfortable and relaxing holiday. he barn has recently been restored to a very high standard. It commands an independent position on the hills of Chianti Classico. The Podere Consalvo is registered as producer of Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil D.O.P. and Fruits. The house has a dominant, tranquil position and enjoys magnificent views of Florence and the hills of Chianti. There is a large garden and olive grove in front of the house and a panoramic terrace, which is ideal for outdoor eating, both of which may be utilised by the guest.

Das Gelände des Landguts liegt auf einem der Chianti-Hügel nahe Florenz. Bei gutem Wetter konnten wir sogar zur Stadt hinunterschauen. Neben dem großen Wohnhaus der Familie liegt der ehemalige Heuschober, der liebevoll und modern in zwei Ferienwohnungen umgebaut wurde. Wir hatten die Wohnung für 2 Personen, die wirklich großzügig geschnitten ist und mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Der Pool liegt direkt in Sichtweite und ist in wenigen Schritten erreichbar.
Besonders toll fanden wir die herzliche und gastfreundliche Besitzerin (Elisabeth), die uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Durch ihren Geheimtipp haben wir einen super kostenlosen und schattigen Stellplatz in Florenz entdeckt, der auch in Zukunft von uns genutzt werden wird.
Ich habe mich wirklich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und konnte das dolce Vita genießen.
Vielen Dank auch noch einmal an die Gastgeber!

Die Ferienwohnungen liegen auf einem großzügigen und gepflegten Anwesen in der unmittelbaren Nähe von San Casciano. Die Vermieterin ist eine sehr freundliche und kompetente Dame, die auch gerne für Fragen aller Art zur Verfügung steht. Für Urlauber aus Deutschland ist es dabei hilfreich, dass sie selbst sehr gut deutsch spricht - was Manches erleichtert. Das Anwesen liegt ideal für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung, insbesondere nach Florenz und Siena. Beide Orte erreicht man sehr schnell. Alles Erforderliche ist vor Ort - auch der im Sommer wirklich erfrischende Pool. Die Wohnungen sind gepflegt und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir jedenfalls haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können allen Interessierten dieses Objekt uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Wir haben einen super schönen Urlaub verbracht. Das Feriendomizil bietet zum einen Ruhe und Erholung und zum anderen auch das kulturelle Angebot in Florenz. Die Lage des Podere ist einzigartig. Man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick und für Kinder ist der Pool natürlich das beste. Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern, die auch auf dem Grundstück wohnen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir können das Feriendomizil uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden selbst dort auch noch einmal unseren Urlaub verbringen.
