It is a very nice, free-standing house on a private property with far views of the surrounding hills all the way to the ocean. On the sunny terrace, you can relax at the pool (approx. 7 x 3 m) as well as on a romantic terrace below the carob trees. A grill will let you enjoy tasty barbecues. There is also an outdoor shower and separate toilet near the pool area and a large terrace next to the house with panoramic views. Cosy, rustic interior with beautiful wooden doors and tiles will let you feel the Mediterranean flair of the region. The living/dining room counts with SAT-TV and fire place and is separated by a bar counter from the kitchen with dishwasher and ceramic hob. 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed and en suite bathroom, 1 with 2 beds, 1 with 1 bed) as well as a 2nd bathroom. Approx. 100 m field track lead up to the house.

Iznate is one of the famous 'White villages' with its appealing small ways and charming Andalusia flair. The hinterland of the Costa del Sol named 'Axarquia' is ideal for a relaxing holiday away from the busy coast but in easy reach of the beaches. If you wish to be active, you can enjoy hikes in the hills or visit Granada which is only a 1,5 hour drive away.
