The Villa is located in one of the most beautiful and best preserved area of Mallorca , at the NE , between Cala Rajada and Canyamel. Sea waters there, are crystal clear with marvellous turquoise & deep blue sea shades. Historical villages nearby , like Arta & Capdepera, have a lot of character and history (very charming pedestrian Town Centres, Mallorquin style caffés, Old Castles in the hill, etc). Nearby you find the trendy Cala Ratjada, with the best harbour of the NE Coast and a unique pedestrian avenue along the sea with trendy shops, caffes, restaurants , Bars etc. The Villa enjoyes of all the peace & beauty of Mallorca but it does not remain isolated. One of the best Restaurants in the island is only at 300 metres.

Private swimming pool with grass area

The very large swimming pool of the Villa (18 metres long x 5 metres large) is surrounded by a very large area of grass. On the right hand side extreme. The area has old oaks, so you benefit of shadow if you wish (for reading etc). The rest of the grass area, has sun all the time, and you benefit of good sunbeds to enjoy of it. All has such a relaxing ambience, that makes of this Villa really a luxury for a holiday.

Golf Information:

At only 1 km from the villa, you will find the best 18 holes golf of the area, the Golf Club of Canyamel. In addition to this one, you can find another 3 golf fields in the area; The Golf of Roca Viva at Capdepera , The Golf of s´Era de Pula at Son Servera, and the Golf of Costa de los Pinos. The area is ideal then for golfers, that can benefit of quality & variety.
