The Riviera dei fiori is a lovely landscape and famous for its climate, sea-shore, mountains, olive-groves and vinegrowing. Vasia (340 m high) is a typical medieval village in the spur of the alps. The Casa Cila is an idyllic romantic detached house 100 m bee-line below Vasia, a foot-path and a field-path for the car is leading to the village (1,5 km).

Ein kleines Paradies

Wir verbrachten in Casa Cila wunderbare, ruhige und erholsame Ferien. Wir haben die Ferien in vollen Zügen genossen und fühlten uns sehr wohl auf diesem Anwesen. Wir machten auch einige Ausflüge in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung, sind jeweils aber wieder gerne in unsere vertraute , ruhige Unterkunft zurück gekehrt um noch im Pool eine Abkühlung zu geniessen. Das Anwesen ist eingezäunt und ideal für Ferien mit Hund.
Die Online-Inserat Angaben sind korrekt, der Zustand des Domizils ist gut, sauber und auch gepflegt auch die Ausstattung ist OK. Wir wurden von einer Einheimischen Person sehr gut bertreut (auch am Abend durch einen Stromausfall wegen einer Sicherung) sie war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Pool wird regelmässig gereinigt und Wasserproben entnommen. Ein Nachteil hat dieses Anwesen: Es liegt mitten in den Olivenhainen und die Zufahrtsstrasse ist sehr eng und ziemlich lang. Wir hatten keine Probleme damit, wir besitzen einen Peugeot 306, aber mit einem grösseren Auto könnte es schwierig werden. Das ist aber wirklich das einzig Negative was es zu bemänglen gibt. Wir werden auch dieses Jahr wieder unsere Ferien in Casa Cila verbringen und werden dieses Feriendomizil auch weiterempfehlen.

Owner's Response: Die Zufahrtsstraße vom Dorf Vasia runter zur casa ist genau 1,5 km lang, teltweise befestigt. Was die Breite betrifft, kamen während der Bauzeit Lastwagen runter, der Gastankwagen tut es heute ebenfalls. Man muß natürlich vorsichtig und langsamer fahren, die Straße ist der Preis der Einsamkeit.

familie aus meine/niedersachsen.
sowohl das haus, der pool und das anwesen sind wirklich spitze. es fehlt nichts.die absolute Ruhe dort hat uns sehr gefallen, es war erholung pur. für unseren enkel
(5 jr.) war es ein riesenabenteuer. die betreuung vor ort
ist sehr gut und verlässlich. einzig der weg dorthin ist eine
herausforderung und nichts für große autos.wir haben
dies aber mit einer mercedes b-klasse gut bewältigt, und sehen diesen weg als preis für die wunderschöne lage und ruhe. dieses anwesen würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen wollen.

Ein italienischer Hochzeitstraum

Dieses Objekt liegt uneinsichtig ca. 150 m vom Ort Vasia (steiler Fußweg) entfernt. Dort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, wo man alles Nötige erhält. Für größere Einkäufe gibt es Imperia einen großen Supermarkt mit Fleisch- und Fischtheke. In Vasia gibt es ein sehr nettes von einer jungen Familie geführtes Restaurant mit tollen Menues zu kleinen Preisen.
Eine deutschsprachige Betreuung hilft in allen Fällen: mit Heizung, Strom, Reservierung (Essen), Kamin, Telefon etc.etc. Wir haben uns in einem Ferienhaus selten so gut betreut gefühlt. Es gibt für alle elektrischen Geräte Gebrauchsanweisungen in deutsch. In der Küche fehlt NICHTS. Die Ausstattung würde ich als rustikal bezeichnen. Die Sauberkeit ist excellent. Bei klarem Wetter hat man Meerblick. Casa Cila - immer wieder !!

Erholung garantiert

Wir waren hier im August 2007. Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub sucht, der findet ihn hier. Abends auf der Terasse am Pool zu sitzen, zu grillen und dem Sonnenuntergang zuzusehen, man hört die Grillen und genießt ansonsten nur das "Dolce vita".Die Ausstattung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben, alles was nötig ist, ist vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Der Garten, sowie das ganze Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt. Auch der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Unterlagen, die wir vorab erhielten, waren sehr umfangreich und auch hilfreich. Eine nette Italienerin vor Ort war bei Problemen, wir hatten uns ausgesperrt :-)) , sofort zur Stelle.
Um mal schnell in die Disco zu fahren, unsere Söhne mit 17 und 20 waren auch dabei, ist das Haus zu weit weg.
Der Weg zum Haus war manchmal, wir fahren einen Voyager, recht abenteuerlich. Aber das ist, wenn überhaupt, das einzige was nicht ganz positiv ist. Aber je öfter wir den Weg gefahren sind, um so besser ging es.
Für unsere Hunde war es ein Paradies. Zum Gassigehen gab es um das Grundstück viele Wege zum Spazierengehen. Da das Grundstück komplett umzäunt war, konnten sie sich frei bewegen.
Wir werden hier bestimmt mal wieder Urlaub machen.
Erholung garantiert.
