Exclusive vacation home in best location with free view to the beach
The vacation home, built in 2002, is situated in Wilderness in the Wilderness Garden Estate on a dune that is 60 m high with free view onto the beach and the Indian Ocean. The Estate has security. Two timber-decks and a balcony belong to the vacation home. Each room offers a fantastic view onto the Indian Ocean. The beach lies beneath the house and is directly reachable from the Estate via stairs.

The small village Wilderness lies 440 km east of Cape Town at the beginning of the famous garden route. The Wilderness National Park with its wonderful biota, the kilometre long sandy beach as well as the lakes and the mountains provide this village its fantastic location. The next bigger town is George with approx. 100,000 inhabitants. In October 2005, only 15 minutes away from the vacation home at the beach of George the garden route mall with approx. 130 shops and supermarkets as well as restaurants and services as opened its doors. The corresponding complex with 7 cinemas will be finished in 2006.

The daily rental rates refer to a minimum stay of 4 days. The rental rates for additional days on request. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are included in the prices. Electricity will be paid on site (currently 0.45 Rand/kWh). Independently from the duration of the stay, the final cleaning is 60 Euros and have to be paid in combination with the rental rate.

Leasing for 3 days and special prices at special seasons and for long-run renter on request. In the period between December 15, 2007 until January 5, 2008 the minimum stay is 14 days.
