The 120 m² house 'La Fastia' is part of a quiet residential area made up of single family homes. It is located in a 500 m² beautifully laid-out garden with palms. There is a tiled area with a mosaic table and a grill in the garden. There is also an outdoor shower. There is a covered terrace, a conservatory as well as a secluded sun terrace. There is also a parking space for 1 car. There is a large private community pool as well as tennis courts about 500 m from the house. It is 1.8 km form the new sand beach in Peniscola.
