Notes to the rental rates

• Prices are on application. Minimum staying is one week. If you stay two or three weeks, we can give a cheaper price per day to you, for example in March or April 2007 by a two weeks staying the price per day will be 135,00 Euro.
  
• Special offer for wintertime. The wood for the fireplace in wintertime is for free.
  
• The prices are for 4-6 persons. Gladly we send you an individual offer, depending how many person and leave day. The price per night is between 60,00and 170,00 Euro per night.

Interior equipment

The Villa with its special character is designed with lovly ambience and has space for 2-9 Person. They consists of a big living room with a fire place and full-equipped kitchen (inkl. dishwasher, coffee maschine, kettle, toaster, juice squeezer and mixer). They have two till three seperate bedrooms, a big bathroom with jaquzzi, shower and washing maschine, A/C, heating, Sat-TV is also available. Twice times every week the houses are cleaned and towels as well as bed lines are changed.

The Villas are on a hill, situated amidst an olive groov with a wonderful panorama view to the 1,5 km afar sea, the hills and the Messara-plane. The Villas are surounded by 400 qm of garden with green and large numbers of flowers and have their own private swimming pool. The terrace have all size of 20 qm and is equipped with sun chairs, sun umbrella, garden furniture and grill.
