“Don Carlos” is a really nice 3 bedroom villa (sleeps 6-7 persons) with private pool, situated in the privileged area of El Portet close to Moraira. The villa was built on one level, quiet, but yet not far from everything. It consists of 3 bedrooms, living room, separate kitchen, separate dining room, 2 shower rooms, separate toilet, sleeping corner, terrace, total living area: 130 m², garden area: 1,200 m². The facilities to share are: private swimming pool, private parking space, garden furniture. The house is also equipped with: TV, radio, CD-player, central heating, barbecue, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine. It is further suitable for handicapped people. Pets are allowed. This holiday property will allow you to find peace and relaxation as well as to have fun.

Wir waren Ende August bis Anfang September in "Don Carlos" zwei "alte" Erwachsene und zwei junge Erwachsene.
Die Schlüsselübergabe ist perfekt organisiert, Wegbeschreibung usw. perfekt. Haus ist gut zu finden. Kein Luxusdomizil, aber soweit gut eingerichtet und für spanische Verhältnisse sauber. ( Die Jungs wollten eigentlich zwei Zimmer belegen, aber das "kleine Zimmer" ist für einen 18jährigen zu eng. Türe geht nicht ganz auf. Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet und war wirklich sauber. Alle Geräte ok.
Die Betten waren muffelig (Saisonende?) und wir haben erst einmal alle Kopfkissen und Decken gewaschen. (Waschmaschine funktioniert) Danach fühlten wir uns zuhause.
Der Pool ist die Perle der Anlage. Hier kann man im Schatten des Baumes den Tag mühelos verbringen. ( Ein Kabel der Poolbeleuchtung?? hing mit Isolierband abgedichtet am Poolrand, ob das nun gefährlich war oder nicht???) Nachfragen, ob das inzwischen repariert wurde.Sehr schön ist auch der offene Grill auf der Terasse. Der Garten ist sehr groß, aber da er nicht bewässert wird, war er Ende August natürlich sehr dürr und nicht einladend. Aber die Terrasse ist groß genug.
Es waren schöne sonnige vierzehn Tage, wie man sich das in Spanien so wünscht. Das Haus ist kein Luxusdomizil, aber man kann es sich gemütlich machen und die Tage am Pool verbringen.
