The 3 room apartment accommodates up to 6 people (ca. 55 m²), in the middle of ‘'Parco Altogarda Bresciano’. This small living complex is located in the neighbourhood of the center of Pieve di Tremosine and it is the ideal place for peaceful hiking and biking. You can enjoy the greenery of Parco Altogarda Bresciano. However, mountain and trip lovers can climb up to 2000 m. From there, you can admire wonderful landscapes by the lake. We offer you careful and personal assistance. The apartment is 5 km away from the lake. The 3 room apartment has 2 double rooms, 1 living room with couch bed and kitchenette, satellite TV, safe, bathroom and terrace.

Notes to the rental rates

• The list of prices is for 4 people. The apartment also accommodates 6 people and in this case, it costs 10 Euro more per day.
  
• Included in the rental rates are: electricity, water, TV-Sat and the final cleaning. The charge for the towels and the linen is 8 Euro per person and per change. The children bed is 16 Euro per week. Pets are charged 16 Euro per week. On the day of departure, you have to leave the apartment by 10 a.m. The change over day during the high season is Saturday. The arrival should be between 14 and 20 p.m. In the early and post season, the check in and the check-out are possible during the week as well. Please let us know if you arrive after 21 p.m. Pets are welcome. The booking is confirmed once you pay the deposit. The balance takes place upon arrival, when you receive the keys. We offer you the bill within the first days after your arrival. We would like to specify that wishes and requests cannot be confirmed immediately after the booking. The booking is valid only after you pay the deposit.
  
• Cancellation fees: up to 42 days before the arrival: 15%, from 41 to 28 days before the arrival: 50%, from 27 days before the arrival: 80%.
