The beautiful 'Villa Bellavista' is situated on a hill, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. Our house is perfect for the traveller, who wants to enjoy the art and culture of Rome, but in the same time to relax in good air. You reach the center of Rome by train within half an hour. In front of the house we have a beautiful large terrace with pergola and panorama to the hills of Tivoli and Palestrina till Rome. Around the house is a very big garden with a swimming-pool (6m x 11m).

This apartment is situated on the ground level of our house and has a surface of 85 square meters. You will find 2 nice bedrooms with satellite television (one room has an open fireside), a living room, a kitchen with dining-table and a bathroom with shower.

Zagarolo is situated about 30 km south-east of Rome between Palestrina and Tivoli. It's a nice medieval village (15.000 inhabitants) with 50 hills around with villas. Zagarolo is a perfect point of departure to visit Rome, but even its beautiful surroundings, like the Castelli Romani (Frascati and Castel Gandolfo), Tivoli with the very famous Villa d'Este, Palestrina, which is older than Rome or medieval churches like Subiaco.
