This house has a large, cosy living room with fireplace, elegantly furnished with genuine carpets and paintings. The fully equipped kitchen is next door. A wide double door leads from the living room to a large half- covered terrace. The terrace furniture includes two comfortable rattan sofas and a table with six armchairs. Enjoy the sea view of the rocky caves of Arta. A half staircase leads from the entrance hall with guest WC to three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ca. 200 m² pool terrace is covered and surrounded by chairs, loungers and sunshades. A rustic grill terrace with Majorcan-style bar just a few metres from the kitchen promises cosy evenings beside the fire. The couple who own it live in one wing next to the house and will be happy to help guests.

Canyamel is on the north Majorcan coast between C.Ratjada and C. Millor in one of the most pleasant parts of the island, splendidly tranquil. There are no tourists or through traffic. Divers love the little bay here. The nearby suburb of Canyamel has a supervised sandy beach surrounded by good restaurants and shops (open Sundays). Approx. 10 km away the centuries-old town of Arta with historic old town and Capdepera with its weekly markets have all the shops and different restaurants that you need. One attraction is the castle of Capdepera with a view of Cala Ratjada harbour. There are lots of places to visit on the whole island, e.g. the nearby dragon caves of Porto Cristo, the safari park and lots more. Wonderful beaches like Cala Mesquida are only a few km away.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Quoted prices are for a booking of up to two persons. For each further person the price increases by € 15 per day, for children up to six yrs old by € 10.
  • From 01.06 to 30.09, periodic cleaning and bedsheets are changed once a week. Towels are available in an adequate amount and will be given extra if needed. Further periodic cleanings are possible for a fee. Beach towels should be brought with.
  • The usage of the new PC (XP Home and the DSL internet connection 24 hours a day) is free of charge.

Telephone conversations per Viopstunt from PC with headset are free of charge worldwide. It is only a few steps from the kitchen to the BBQ patio. There you will find a bar counter with a cd stereo system. Tables and seats for more than 10 people. The large grill can be used as an outdoor fireplace after eating. Everything is surrounded by palm trees that give a beautiful view of the sea. The car can be parked directly in front of the houses entrance.

Ein wunderbares Haus in traumhafter Lage, das gut ausgestattet ist. Die sehr netten Vermieter sind aeusserst entgegenkommend und dezent. Das Haus wurde wie beschrieben uebergeben und war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Terrassen und Swimmingpool sowie der Garten sind traumhaft. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Das ausgezeichnet gepflegte Haus ist umgeben von einer
schönen Gartenanlage, es entspricht voll den Angaben des
Inserats. Der Vermieter hat alles perfekt vorbereitet und uns bestens betreut.
Für die beiden Babys waren Kinderbetten und auch der notwendige Hochstuhl vorhanden.
Das Haus ist für Familien sehr zu empfehlen.
Der in der Nähe gelegene Sandstrand ist auch für Kinder gut geeignet.
Zu Fuß erreichbar ist auch ein sehr gutes und preiswertes Restaurant (Isabel).
