Das Haus befindet sich in einer Bungalowanlage im Wald ,es ist wirklich sehr ruhig und abgeschieden,zweckmässig eingerichtet,  der nächste Supermarkt befindet sich in Usedom,kleinere Läden in der Nähe,  für Hundebesitzer ist kein schöner Weg zum Gassi gehen.Der im ADAC beschriebene Strand bzw. Badestelle ist wohl  zugewachsen, wir haben ihn jedenfalls nicht gefunden , Badestellen in Warthe entdeckt .Sehr gutes Essen im Rankwitzer Hof und Hafen,Wer nur Ruhe möchte kann sich hier gut erholen.
