You reside in the Parkresidenz Concordia next to a forest and with a view of lake 'Sellin'. The Parkresidenz Concordia is a vacation complex, situated on hilly 3000 sqm. The complex lies majestically on a slope in the centre of Sellin. The two interlinked buildings with a total of 22 apartments are built in the traditional style of the old spas. The beach is ca 850 m away. The building is bright, tastefully and well furnished, the house also equipped with washer and dryer. The apartment has cable TV, telephone and a terrace or balcony. A parking lot is next to the building complex.

The spa town of Sellin is situated in the south-east of Ruegen, within the forests of Granitz, in one of the nicest coast line between the sea spas Binz (10km) and Goehren (8km). Over the last years Sellin recaptured its old glamour and beauty. The Wilhelmstrasse is again the promenade of Sellin with its traditional and restored villas. The beach of Sellin is at the northerly end of a wide and sandy bay, well suited for swimming. Beach-chairs can be rented, water slides are available and for the sun lovers, a nude beach is provided. Around Sellin you will find well cared for bicycle tracks and hiking paths. In addition you can book island tours, short cruises and you can take a trip with the ' Rasende Roland', a historic train, which travels through the island.
