Ca' del Viva is situated between Arezzo in the Arno Valley and Anghiari in the Tiber Valley. The house and cottages have panoramic views in every direction and stand in a beautiful tranquil position surrounded by meadows and typical Tuscan woods. The property was formerly part of a large estate owned by a Florentine marquis. Now Ca' del Viva produces olives, sunflowers and grain. There are four apartments available for holiday accommodation that has recently been restored to their original Tuscan style. A big pool and a little lake on the estate offer the opportunity for swimming during the hot summer months. There are also many beautiful walks to take in this completely unspoilt countryside. Ca' del Viva is a nature lover's paradise with over 7 km of tracks on the grounds and many private places where you can sunbathe, relax and take in the countryside. Nearby is a local restaurant, where you can enjoy excellent local Tuscan cuisine. Anghiari, Arezzo is famous for good restaurants.

Casa Tre Camini: This is the largest building, with open fireplace and antique furniture. It has a superb view with olive-trees. It is divided in two apartments with independent entrances both on two floors. However it is possible to rent the whole building which has 5 double bedrooms with two bathrooms. Tre Camini A has a living-room with open fire-place and a fully equipped kitchenette. There are tree double bedrooms, one large bathroom with shower and bath.

Have a cappuccino in Piazza Garibaldi in Anghiari or enjoy the antique fair of Arezzo which is every first weekend of the month.

Das Ferienhaus und vor allem die Umgebung hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Der Vermieter wohnt mit auf dem Grundstück und ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der große Pool wird immer gepflegt und ist eine willkommene Abkühlung. Wir waren alle begeistert und können dieses Ferienhaus nur empfehlen.
