Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Leider liegt das Haus an einer Strasse, wo man morgens den Verkehrlärm bzw. das Gehupe hört. Wir waren im Aug.08 dort im Urlaub, wo man zwangsläufig die Fenster offenläßt, wegen der Hitze. Außerdem waren in der Nachbarschaft Hunde, die meinten nachts unentwegt bellen zu müssen.
Ich möchte erwähnen, daß das Doppelbett nur eine Breite von 1,60 m mit einer durchgehenden Matratze hat.
Küche und Wohnzimmer sind soweit o.k.. Die Betten der Kinder haben keine wie bei uns üblichen Lattenroste sondern auf Metall Spannrahmen die sehr "durchhängen". Für Erwachsene würde ich die Betten nicht empfehlen.
Owner's Response: Unser Ferienhaus Tiziana liegt nicht direkt an der Dorfstraße, sondern erhöht über der Straße, dadurch ist man eigentlich sehr gut vom Lärm abgeschirmt. Die Lärmempfindlichkeit ist natürlich bei jederman unterschiedlich. Die Kinderbetten wurden zur Saison 2009 von der Besitzerin ausgetauscht.

Seit 6 Jahren komme ich mit meiner Familie schon in dieses Haus und werde es auch in diesem Jahr wieder tun! Wir lieben vor allem die eben so ruhige Lage, die Nähe zum Dorf, die kleine Cafe bar am Eck und die gute Erreichbarkeit. Schön ist auch, dass wir unseren Hund mitnehmen können - lautes nächtliches Gebell ist uns dabei aber noch nicht weiter aufgefallen. Die Straße liegt deutlich unterhalb des Hauses und natürlich hört man ab und zu ein Auto fahren, aber von Belästigung kann man wirklich nicht sprechen.Wir empfehlen dieses Haus gerade für Familien, die Wert auf einen schönen Garten und ein rundum gelungenes Ambiente legen.

ein Haus zum wohlfühlen

In dieser netten Wohnung kann man es sich gut gehen lassen. Es ist alles nett eingerichtet, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt einen grossen Grill. Der Garten ist mit einer schönen Sitzecke ausgestatten und es gibt 2 Liegen, die man im kleinen Rasen aufstellen kann.
Wer lärmempfindlich ist und morgens länger schlafen will, muss das Schlafzimmer-Fenster in der Früh schliessen - da man hier die Autos und Roller von der Strasse herauf hört. Das ist aber auch schon der einzige klitzekleine Nachteil. Die Vermieterin ist eigentlich nie zu sehen und wenn bringt sie Aprikosen aus dem Garten vorbei. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und unsere 3 Jährige Tochter - dafür war das Haus optimal geeignet.
