This well-appointed house, suitable for up to 6 occupants, is situated in a quiet estate of owner-occupied holiday residences. The estate, which was completed in 2002, features beautiful palm gardens and a generous three-poll bathing complex. Two balconies, a covered patio, and a small atrium provide ample opportunities to sunbathe or simple relax. This delightful residence has been lovingly fitted-out and decorated by the owners. A small, multilingual holiday library is available for your reading pleasure. The 11 km long sandy beach between Guardamar and Torrevieja is ideal for all forms of passive and active recreation.

Einmalige Ferienwohnung mit sehr saubere Anlage

Wir waren vom 25.06.09-05.07.09 in der Ferienwohnung. Uns (3 Erw./ 39,42,66Jahre und 3 Kinder/ 12,15,16 Jahre) hat sie sehr gut gefallen.
Sie war,was uns sehr wichtig war,SEHR sauber und wirklich gut eingerichtet. Die Außenanlage ist sehr schön und der Pool war immer sauber.
Mit Bonijofar hat man eigentlich wenig zu tun denn der Ort ist ein paar Kilometer entfernt.
Ich würde die Ferienwohnung Familien mit Kindern empfehlen, aber auch für ältere Menschen ist sie geeignet.
Für Jugendliche oder für junge Erwachsene die Party machen wollen...da ist man eigentlich im falschen Ort.
Es gibt dort einige Leute die dort eine Ferienwohnung gekauft haben (viele Engländer) die wirklich nett sind!!
Also alles im ganzen,mit der Komunikation mit dem Vermieter und dem Verwalter, war wirklich sehr gut!!
Wir würden dort immer wieder gerne wohnen.
