The house is located directly at the margin of the beach (150 m), in a quiet vacation residence. The apartment accommodates 4 people and it has a living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 big terrace. There is a beautiful parking place in the vacation residential area. The residential area is located directly across the Greek Samos Island, which can be well seen from the beach. Our beach is approx. 15 km long (Long Beach) and it is not cliffy. There is no mass tourism.

Nearest Airport: Izmir at 75 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 150.0 Metres
Kusadasi is a popular, famous vacation resort. It is a wonderful port city with many shopping possibilities and a great night life. The city is located approx. 8 km from the house and it can easilybe reached by bus. The bus station is only 100 m from the house. In the close vicinity, there are small super markets, a big bazaar, and a big super market. Within 5 minutes, there is medical service and a pharmacy, In the neighbourhood of Kusadasi, there are many places of interest, such as Ephesus, Didim, Milet, Prima and Pamukkale. The nature reserve Millipark is really worth seeing.

das haus steht echt direkt am strand und vom balkon aus kann man sogar aufs meer schauen
die lage ist eher etwas ruhig
und mit den bussen kommt man ohne wartezeit problemlos in die stadt
