The vacation home is because of the 'Leipziger Auewald' a good starting point for expanded migrations into the nature-protected environment of the city. In direct proximity is an equestrian farm - the Leipziger ' new sea-country ' and the recreational park ' Belantis ', these are easy to reach from the vacation home as well as the city centre, with public means of transport it is very well attainable (travel time 7 minutes - footpath approx. 45 minutes).The 'Leipziger Zentralstadion'-there are many soccer matches at the WM, lies nearly before the entry door (with public means of transport 10 or to foot 20min). Leipzig has various culinary offers. Culturally Leipzig beside the Thomanerchor and the garb house has numerous theatres, cabarets, small art stages etc. The dwelling is comfortably furnished and offers with 70 square meter sufficient area for easing. It lies on the first floor of a beautiful reorganized urban villa. Parking lots are in the near.

Die Wohnung wirkt groß und hell durch ihre klare und praktische Ausstattung. Im modernisierten, großzügigen Bad beginnt der Tag hell und freundlich.Durch die sehr funktionale Einbau-Küche lässt sich das Frühstück "wie zu Hause" zubereiten und bei Bedarf kann man sich auch komplette Speisen kochen (Töpfe und Pfannen sind vorhanden). Das Geschirr reicht für 5-6 Personen und ist neuwertig. Einzig für uns ältere Städtereisende war das moderne Futon-Bett etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig/ sehr niefrig. Gegenüber, auf der Straßenseite, beginnt ein großer Grüngürtel zum Radeln und/oder Spazierengehen. Mit dem Auto ca. 5 Min. entfernt gibt es einen großen Supermarkt-Discounter und genauso nah in der entgegengesetzten Richtung gibt es eine Fußgängerzone mit kleinen Geschäften.

Mindestens einmal während seines Auenthaltes sollte man die vielfältigen und ausgefallenen Speisen des griechischen Gartenlokal gleich am Sportplatz genießen.

Die Leipziger Innenstadt ist sehr praktisch auch mit öffentl. Verkehrsmitteln , die fast alle 10 Min von einer nahegelefenen Haltestelle abfahren, zu erreichen.

Wir werden gerne wieder dieses Quartier beziehen!
