This holiday home has a nice kitchen, a bathroom, a living room, two bedrooms and one living room in combination with another bedroom. There is also a big garden, many toys, bikes, wave boards and a sandbox. Then you have TV, two phones and also a big terrace. The house is totally complete and comfortable.

Our holiday house is just not far away from Pointe du Raz. The village is called Moulin Kerharo belonging to Cleden Cap Sizun. Behind the house, you have only nature and about 500 meter to the beach and steep coast. Even everything (shopping center, other beaches, horse riding and wave surfing) is about 10 minutes by car and easy to reach.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The prices are nearly including all. You only have to pay 50€ for a final clean up and the phone invoice if you need it. It is much cheaper than a mobile phone and we send you the French invoice so you can check it. Further, you have to pay 25% from the total invoice by reservation and six weeks before the last 75%. If you have to cancel your holiday we have to take the 25% when we don t find another client. The same when you paid already the total invoice. Then you get your money only back if we or you find another holiday-maker. We do of course our best to help you in this case. Further, we need a deposit from 400€. You get it back of course directly after your holiday.
