„Sehr geehrter Herr W., es ist, wie Sie schreiben: wir hatten einen Urlaub, wie man ihn sich nur wünschen kann. Es war die für uns ideale Kombination aus Erholung, Erlebnis und vieler Eindrücke. Nicht zuletzt hat die schöne Wohnung dazu beigetragen, die bezüglich Lage und Layout und Ausstattung genau unseren Wünschen entsprach. Für Ihre Betreuung nochmals vielen Dank. Auch die Abende im Marmite haben wir in guter Erinnerung. Nochmals herzliche Grüße,“ Roswitha und Klaus Schneider. „Hallo Herr W., wir sind gut wieder zu Hause angekommen. Urlaub nur imPlusbereich

Wir waren vom 15. bis 30. September in dieser sehr schönen Wohnung und haben uns unendlich wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig; in der Küche findet man alles vom Eisportionierer bis zur kleinen Trockenkammer. Von dem herrlichen, riesigen Balkon hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf das alte Antibes, den Yachthafen, das Meer, fast eine Rundumsicht, denn zur Küche gehört auch noch ein kleiner Balkon. Die wunderschöne, sehr gepflegte Parkanlage mit großem Swimmingpool macht das Wohlfühlen komplett. Praktisch auch das kleine separate WC. Das Bad ist etwas klein, was aber hinsichtlich aller anderen positiven Aspekte nicht stört. Auch vom Schlafzimmer aus hat man diese wunderschöne Aussicht und kann auch von dort auf den tollen Balkon gehen.
Wann immer wir an die Cote d'Azur fahren werden, wird dies' "unsere" Wohnung sein.
Hervorheben möchte ich noch, dass hier unser kleiner Hund willkommen ist, ohne den wir nicht in Urlaub gehen.
Dazu kommt noch, dass die gesamte Gegend traumhaft schön ist.
Fazit: sehr empfehlenswert.

Schöne Unterkunft

Sehr schöne Wohnung, herrlicher Blick aufs Meer, riesengroßer Balkon und was am besten ist: die riesige Glaswand mit Blick in den Himmel, wenn man am Morgen erwacht.
Aber ohne Auto geht's hier nicht, wenn Sie an den Strand wollen. Fahrräder: die Wohnung liegt in einer Hügelgegend, man muss also sehr in die Pedale treten. Tennis: Schönes kommunales Tenniscenter in 400-500 m Nähe. Einkaufen oder Restaurants: alles perfekt und bequem mit dem Auto, aber "um die Ecke" ist nichts.
Swimmingpool: sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Owner's Response: Es ist schön und wir danken, dass das Appartement in der Luxusresidénce Le Beaugency gelobt wird. Wir müssen jedoch die Distanzangaben korrigieren, Sie benötigen absolut kein Fahrzeug (Garage steht zur Verfügung) für den Strand oder zum Einkaufen. Distanz zum Einkaufen (Bäcker, Apotheke, Restaurant, internationale Zeitungen, Frisör, Café, Lebensmittel) 350 Meter, Haupteinkaufsstrasse Zentrum Antibes, Avenue Robert Soleau 800 Meter, Meer, Hafen und Strand 900 Meter. Die Residence liegt auf einer leichten Anhöhe über dem Hafen und der Altstadt und bietet deshalb einen Panoramablick auf die Côte d'Azur. Einen Höhenunterschied von ca. 150 Meter vom Meeresspiegel bis Beaugency mit dem Fahrrad zu überwinden ist nicht Jedermanns Sache, aber alles ist relativ einfach... Unsere Gäste lieben unsere Unterkunft wegen der zentralen Lage (Ankunft auch per Flugzeug ohne Fahrzeug) das Ausstattungsniveau der Residence und den Panoramablick... 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss liegt vielleicht nicht allen Menschen aber ist von 90% der Gäste machbar...

Gute Lage, Ausstattung und Umgebung

Großzügiges Appartment mit einem großen Wohnzimmer wo leicht 2 Leute schlafen können, Schlafzikmmer und großzügiger Küche. Sehr persönliche Einrichtung, sehr gute Ausstattung, alles vorhanden. Gibt nix zu meckern.

Wenn wir das nächste mal nach Antibes fahren, kommen wir gerne wieder.
