Nestling in hilly countryside – Vivenda Mira Monchique is surrounded by vineyards and orange plantations on approx. 3,000 m² of grounds. From the roof terrace and elsewhere there’s a wonderful view of the surroundings and the Monchique mountains. The house has a large living room with satellite TV/video, electric fireplace and adjacent dining area. From the living room there are 3 exits, one to a large terrace with awning, a large dining area and view of the wonderful garden with fountain and electric garden lighting. The second exit leads to the swimming pool 11 x 5 m/ approx. 1.20 – 2.00 m deep. The swimming pool is heated. The third exit leads to a second dining area beside the kitchen and to the barbecue. In addition there’s 1 kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with toilet and 1 guest toilet. The house is comfortably and carefully furnished. The house is cleaned 3 x per week.
