The property is new, it has swimming pool (13 m long) and it is located on a 7 ha large olive grove: It has a charming hillside situation, on the top of Galatas. The location offers a breathtaking panorama over the island of Poros and the Aegean. This region is apart from the mass tourism, it offers ideal possibilities for a relaxing vacation and it has many natural and cultural attractions. The 4 bright, lovely arranged apartments have a surface of 35 to 80 m² and they consist of: bedroom, dining and living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower and WC, balcony and terrace with sea view. In the apartments 2 up to maximum 5 people have a place to sleep, and there are separate entrances. The house is 600 m away from the fishermen port, which can be reached on foot in 15 minutes and by car in 3 minutes. If you want to go to the island Poros, there is a regular connection by boat (every 10 minutes, 70 cents). In Galatas or Poros you can rent cars, motor scooters or bikes.

Besides, you can visit the historical Mistras, surrounded by a charming landscape, Sparta, the Castle of Monemvasia, the antique cities of Olympia and Navarinon (Pylos), which are unique. Not far away from Galata there are the island of Aegina, Ydra and Spetses. Cycladen can be reached by charter ship.
