Photos and Description of this Mecklenburg Lake District holiday chateau / country house

The mud house (120 sq. m) modernized in 2002 is situated in a quiet location at the edge of the Flatow village. The living room with kitchenette, a complete bath (WC/shower/bath tub) and a bed room can be found in the ground floor. Two bedrooms or living rooms as well as an additional bathroom (WC/shower) can be found in the first floor. The house is facilitated with a ceramic cooking range with baking oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, Sat-TV and radio with CD-Player. Various fruit trees and a sprawling lawn (for sunbathing) can be found on the approx. 1000 sq. m enclosed property. Moreover, there is a twin garage, a terrace with garden furniture and a charcoal barbeque on the property. Pets are permitted by agreement. We would like you to not smoke in the house.

Nearest Train: Neubrandenburg at 20 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: Friedland A20 at 30 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 4.0 Kilometres
Car: necessary
It is possible to explore the lakes and to fish with a fishing permit. There is a fishing pond with native fish varieties (use without extra charge) close to the property. A bathing facility with a very good water quality can be found at a distance of 3-5 km and a very good catering service can be found in the radius of approx. 15 km. You also have the option to go hunting (Deer, fallow deer, wild boars). Shopping options are provided in supermarkets in the radius of approx. 20 km. A visit to the Natur Therme in Templin (approx. 35 minutes by car) with water park is recommended if the weather is bad.

Das Ferienhaus ist akkurat wie beschrieben, ein sehr angenehmes Ambiente. Das Haus ist hochwertig ausgestattet, die Sanitäreinrichtungen sind sehr sauber, wirken wie neu. Der Eigentümer ist sehr hilfsbereit, sehr zuvorkommend. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top.
Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen, es hat mir (und dem Rest der Familie) sehr gut gefallen. Liebe Familie Hübner: wir werden euch sicher noch mal "heimsuchen"! ;-)
