Comfortable 2 1/2 room holiday apartment, 80 sqm, for 2-6 persons, with very big terrace/balcony and a wonderful round view over the Lake of Lucerne and the surrounding mountains (Mt. Pilate, Rigi, Bürgenstock). Straight reachable by car, with enough parking space, but street ends with our house, so that there is no traffic and therefore very calm. Situated in the very heart of Switzerland, you will reach Lucerne in 20 minutes by car, Engelberg 30 min., Gotthard 40 min. There is public transport (bus) in the village which commutes every hour until midnight. Emmetten has a very good infrastructure with shops, hairdresser, post office, cable cars, which can be reached by a 10 minutes’ walk from our house BellaVista.

The apartment Edelweiss is the biggest in BellaVista and suitable for 4-6 persons. It has a very big living room with eating place and a balcony over the whole house with a fantastic view over Lake Lucerne, Mt. Pilate, Rigi and Bürgenstock. The bedroom has a parents’ bed and two single beds, baby cot available. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dish washing machine.

Emmetten is located 25 km south from Lucerne on a sunny terrace over the Lake of Lucerne (Vierwaldstätter), on 750 m. It is situated 300 m over the Lake, which is nevertheless reachable within 5 minutes by car, with several beaches. There are two cable cars, one leading to a paragliding paradise, the other to the skiing and hiking area Klewenalp-Stockhütte. The atmosphere is very family friendly, with good restaurants and countless possibilities for hiking and walking. The guests of BellaVista profit from the Wellness-area of the Hotel Seeblick just beside the house, with indoor swimming pool, steam-bath, fitness center, which is all included in the arrangement.

Die Angaben zur Ferienwohnung stimmen weitestgehend. Die Fewo war etwas lieblos eingerichtet und teilw. renouvierungsbedürftig. Das SZ hat lediglich ein Doppelbett und 2 Zustellbetten. Die Kücheneinrichtung ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die Waschmaschine war defekt. Für alles entschädigte ein traumhafter Blick über den See.
Im Hotel Seeblick konnten Schwimmbad und Fitness problemlos genutzt werden. Das Restaurant ist empfehlenswert.
Der Einkaufsmarkt in Emmetten ( ca. 15 Gehminuten ) bietet alles notwendige. Vom Ort sind schöne Rundtouren per Postbus, Schiff, Bergbahn.. möglich. Über die nahe Autobahn ist Luzern schnell erreichbar. ( Die Autobahn war von der Fewo jederzeit akustisch wahrnehmbar.)
