This new holiday home is furnished with all luxury. It is suitable for 4 persons. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You live on three levels. On the top of the Casa Posa you have a great view in the neighbourhood. On the first level is the master bedroom, a bath and the terrace. On the ground you will find the living room, the kitchen, the bath and another bedroom. Of course there are two air conditions (2003). The pool is in the back road. Bicycles are available. Supermarkets and restaurants are in a near distance (150 m). Pubs and Fish and Chips are also available in the neighbourhood.

Torrevieja is a coastal town in the south of the Alicante province. It is situated within the district of Vega Baja, it has a population of 81,080 inhabitants and lies in the town boundaries which are adjacent to Guardamar del Segura to the north, Rojales and Benijófar to the west, Montesinos and San Miguel de Salinas to the southwest and the Orihuela beaches to the south. Torrevieja is 41 km away from Alicante to the north, 23 km from Elche to the northwest, and 53 km from Murcia in the southeast. Torrevieja has a protected Natural Park with two salt lakes and 20 km of coastline containing six large beaches - La Mata, Cabo Cervera, Los Locos, El Cura, Los Náufragos and Ferris - and about 20 coves with an abundance of cliffs. The climate is temperate continental, with temperate winters and mild summers with temperatures which range between 18 and 25 degrees for most of the year.

Notes: You will love this Spanish style of the furniture. There is also an entertainment center for you with Sat-TV, Video, DVD and DVDs and radio (stereo) and 30 videocassettes. The master bedroom is 2 x 2 meter with good mattresses. A safe is also there - no extra costs. When you open the cupboard in the kitchen, you will find a lot of spices. There are also a lot of electric machines: of course a gas barbecue outside, an electric wok and fondue. Bicycles for ladies and gentlemen. You will also enjoy the popcorn from the popcorn machine - not only for kids. Enjoy the fresh popcorn with a glass of Spanish wine. That is the new style. From June 2004 you will find a winter garden in front of the house. Enjoy having a breakfast in the sun, without cold wind!

Surrounding: Near the house are two salt lakes. One lake (Laguna la Mata) is a natural park to watch the birds and the wildlifes. The other lake is Laguna Torrevieja with more salt in it, than the dead sea in Israel. You can take a healthy bath in it - only 50 cm deep. Or you can take the black healthy mud for your wellness. In 20 minutes you will be into the city. Or take the bus station, just 50 Meter. Alicante is just 20 miles away and worth to be visit. Our favourite beach is Guardamar, just 10 minutes by car. With pines and dunes and miles to walk on the sandy beach. In a view distance to the Casa Posa is a Supermarket and a big shopping center (Carrefour). A lot of restaurants are nearby the home. Fresh roles every morning in the German bakery at the Plusmarket.

Surfkiting: Surfkiting is possible in Santa Pola, just at 20 km distance.

Golf: In a distance from 5 km are 4 phantastic golf places. Ask for detailed information. Worldclass golf.

Fam. D., aus Gütersloh. Sehr geehrter Herr P. Wir bereisen Spanien und müssen hervorheben, dass uns Ihr Ferienhaus mit Abstand am Besten gefallen hat. Das Haus ist hell, geräumig und, wichtig, sehr sauber. Auch an der Ausstattung fehlte uns nichts (Komplette Kücheneinrichtung, Waschmaschine, Gasgrill, Literatur, Sizugelegenheiten drinnen und draussen u.v.m.). Die Dachterrasse mit dem tollen Ausblick (besonders abends) ist natürlich das "Highlight". Zu erwähnen wäre auch noch das besonders von unserer Tochter geschätzte Gemeinschaftspool, toll. Alles in Allem eine runde Sache! Selbstverständlich werden wir wiederkommen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Fam. D.

Ich freue mich, dass es Ihnen und Ihrer Familie im Casa Posa gefällt und sie werden sehen, im Jahr 2009 gibt es noch mehr LUXUS, da wir das Haus 5 Monate innerhalb der Familie bewohnen und ständig verbessern.

Auf ihren Urlaub im nächsten Jahr dürfen sie schon jetzt gespannt sein.

Herr B. aus Norddeutschland: Lieber Herr P., ihr Haus in Torrevieja ist ein sehr sauber und gepflegtes Ferienhaus . In seiner Ausstattung und mit den vielen Extras übertrifft es viele andere Urlaubsdomizile und bleibt preislich trotzdem unter den Häusern mit weniger Komfort. Im Ferienhaus ausgelegte Schriftstücke weisen auf viele Freizeit-möglichkeiten hin. Auch auf gute Restaurants wird mit Wegbeschreibung hingewiesen. Es ist auf jeden Fall ein Ferienhaus, dass ich ohne weiteres weiterempfehlen kann.
Reservierung und Buchung klappte schnell und unverzüglich.
So macht Urlaub Spass, auch wenn es nur ein paar Tage waren.

Karl-Heinz Forsbach aus Dortmund: „Sehr geehrter Herr P., Ihr Haus ist prima. Die Infrastruktur ist hervorragend. Der neue Plus-Markt hat eine super Wurst- und Käsetheke und beinhaltet einen Deutschen Bäcker (Gramss). Wer noch mehr Auswahl an deutschem Brot haben will, fährt bis nach Las Siesta in den Kreisverkehr erste Ausfahrt rechts wieder raus, gleich auf der linken Seite gibt es bei Gramss leckere Brötchen (45 Cent pro Stück). Logisch, dass der Bäcker deutsch spricht und man sein Brot vorbestellen kann. Wichtig war für uns die Qualität Ihrer Betten. Diese Qualität ist für Spanien nicht typisch und auf jeden Fall hervorzuheben. Selbstverständlich sorgt das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus für das Wohlbefinden der Bewohner.
