This spacious villa has been renovated recently and nicely done up. It accommodates two to three families and has a beautiful, natural property in the woods with large meadow. The house has its own fountain, the use of tap water will be surcharged. It is only 650 m from a nice, small sandy beach via foot paths. In the neighbourhood there is the medieval Fort La Latte at the Cape Frehel. Good shopping is in the village Plevenon, as well as a choice of restaurants.

Plévenon is a small village at the Cape Frehel with its wild romantic steep coast and lovely sandy beaches in numerous inlets. You will find a fishing harbour at Erquy und St. Cast. There is a Casino at Les Sables d’Or. A famous weekly market is at Matignon on Wednesdays. Worthwhile are trips to St. Malo, Dinard and to the medieval fortress town of Dinan on the river Rance.
