Remainder of the equipment : - Television set with integral video recorder, connected to 2 terrestrial aerials and one satellite dish receiving more than 25 European channels. - Stereo hi-hi system with cd player - Telephone with integral fax - Intruder alarm system with internal and external sounds and telephone communicator - Large number of CDs, video cassettes, books and games.

Rules for payment: Rentals are for a minimum period of one week, from Saturday at 5 p.m. until Saturday at 10 a.m. You will be met by the person who is responsible for looking after the house and who will hand over the keys, show you round and demonstrate the workings of the various items of equipment in the house. A report and inventory will have been made before your arrival by the preceding hirers. All the costs of breakage and damage will be set against your deposit. You will be supplied with all household and bathroom linen. Pool towels will be the only items which will not be supplied. Rules for payment: account of 25% of the rental price at the time of booking. Balance at the latest 6 weeks before the date of rental. Security deposit is of Euros 760 which will not be cashed and will be returned at the latest 20 days after the end of the rental period. The holiday tax is included in the rental price. The telephone cost will be the subject of a separate account, deducted from the deposit.
