The house is located in the ancient part of Lerici with a fabulous view of the sea, surrounded by gardens. The distance from the beach is 200 m it consists of one bedroom, one living room with kitchen, one shower room and two big terraces right above the sea and a little garden. It's easy from here and very close to go to cinque terre by boat.

Lerici is a village by the sea in the gulf of La Spezia (golfo dei poeti) with hills, amazing walking street by the sea with beaches. There is the historical castle surrounded by the ancient village. Lerici is close to Lunigiana, Florence, Pisa, Apuane mountains and Versilia. There are good restaurants and nice bars. Lerici is surrounded by other small villages with the typical coloured Ligurian houses. Lerici is a very quiet and nice place where spend time enjoying the amazing sunset.

A lovely property. The photos do not do it justice. The two, yes, TWO terraces gave us amazing views of the water and the town below. One terrace sunny, the other offering shade if you need it. Both very private. There are stairs and the jaunt up and down from the town will be difficult for people with mobility problems. Sufficient room for the four of us,2 adults, 2 children
