Montravail residence on the Arvert peninsula is a former vineyard with outbuildings and U-shaped dovecote and large inner courtyard on 15 ha among meadows, woods and sunflower fields in a really tranquil spot between the Gironde estuary and the island of Oléron. The house (ground surface 210 m²) is tastefully furnished and includes garden and pool furniture. Pool (6 x 12 m), pool house with protected terrace, built-in grill, seating for up to 8 persons and sun-bathing area. Fine sandy beaches 4 km away (Côte Sauvage 18 km long). It’s in an unbuilt-up area of woods between house and sea. All shops 3 km away. Large oyster farm in La Tremblade/ Marennes/ Oleron.

'Es war sooo schön und erholsam in, um, am Haus, Schwimmbad, Park, dass wir kaum zum Strand gekommen sind'. J. S., Düsseldorf. 'Gut in Zuerich angekommen, denken wir sehr gerne an unseren traumhaften Urlaub auf 'Montravail' zurueck, welchen wir so sehr genossen haben. Auch im naechsten Jahr wuerden wir sehr gerne wieder 2 Wochen Urlaub dort verbringen.'
