Our beautiful holiday home is equipped with a large living and dining room with an impressive open fireplace and very high walls. There is a SAT-TV (All German programs!), DVD, stereo, kitchen with all devices (microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, stove and a lot more), new washing machine, 2 bedrooms with large (2 x 2m) double beds and each with an installed a/c, 1 bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower and toilet and an extra WC, alarm system (monitored by the security service) and a garage. The furnishing is stylish and of a high quality, a mixture of restored antiques and modern furniture. The house also has a covered, large south-west facing terrace, an open west-facing terrace (ideal for grilling) and an east-facing terrace, a covered and open pool terrace and a large, well-kept garden.

St. Aygulf is a small city located between Frejus and St. Maxime directly on the famous coastal street between Nice (about 75 km), Cannes (about 40 km) and St. Tropez (about 25 km). Shopping facilities (from a supermarket to farmer's market), doctor, pharmacy, post office, gas station and all restaurants are located on site. The holiday home is located in a very peaceful slope, in the area you will also find multiple high-quality holiday homes (behind this you will find a nature protection region, only 1 neighbour!). You have a stunning sea view from all terraces, pool and rooms. The property is 1500 m² large. The pool is not secluded and is taken care of year-round with a pool service. Here you will find different types of beaches (with palm trees) with parking spaces along the coastal street, only about a 5 minute drive from the house.

Schlafzimmer mit großen, sehr guten Doppelbetten komplett ausgestattete Küche
terrassenartig angelegtes Grundstück mit schönen Bäumen, Sträuchern und Blumen
großzügiger Pool
ruhig gelegen
Naturschutzgebiet (petites maures) für wunderbare Spaziergänge nur wenige Schritte entfernt
ein PKW bzw. Fahrzeug ist empfehlenswert
St. Tropez und Cannes sind so in ca. 1 Stunde erreichbar
