Das Haus, die Umgebung, die Lage am Wasser, die Einrichtung, die Boote, die Räder, - man muss wirklich nur noch selbst einigermaßen gut gestimmt sein, - dann muss das einfach ein schöner Urlaub werden.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: auch kurz entschlossene Mieter profitieren von unserer schnellen Mietabwicklung per E-Mail, wir sind unkompliziert und gut organisiert. Das Motorboot wird vor Ort monatlich gewartet und Sie als Mieter haben freundliche Ansprechpartner in der Nähe. Die besondere Lage des Hauses mit Kopfgrundstück zur Südseite läßt uns selbst ausgesprochen gern hier Urlaub machen.

Idyllisch und wunderschön....

.....liegt dieses kleine Häuschen, vom Wasser umgeben.
Eine Woche durften wir hier verbringen und wir hätten es noch viel länger ausgehalten.
Nach Anfangsschwierigkeiten mit dem Motorboot kamen wir Dank der Info von der Vermieterin und der Hilfe der netten Nachbarn super damit klar. Aber als Tipp für Anfänger: Wirklich vorsichtig fahren......es sieht einfacher aus, als dass es ist :-)
Im Haus selbst fehlte es an nichts. Es ist urgemütlich, auch wenn das Wetter mal nicht so toll ist.
Alles in allem: Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub und wir waren mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal dort.

Wir waren im Mai 2009 in de Brekken. Gleich der erste Eindruck war überaus positiv. Klein aber fein und sehr gemütlich. Alles war da, was man zum täglichen Leben so braucht. Supertoll fanden wir auch die offene "Rundumsicht" aus dem Haus auf die Kanäle und die vorbeifahrenden Boote. Herrlich! Die Fahrräder waren sehr solide, die Boote ebenfalls, die Anlage gepflegt.Auch die Organisation hat 1a geklappt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat absolut gestimmt.Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

hatten mit unserem 9-jährigem Sohn + kleinem Hund einen erholsamen Urlaub. Dieses preiswerte Häuschen ist zwar einfach, aber zweckmäßig und liebevoll ausgestattet. Liegt einfach traumhaft und ist besonders jetzt zu empfehlen, da günstig und ruhig.sehr nette Vermieterin

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt weil....

Zweckmäßige Ausstattung zu einem vernünftigen Preis und trotzdem gemütlich. Sehr schön gelegen ist das Grundstück. Die Terrasse bietet viel Platz. Uns wäre es bei einer Belegung über zwei Personen zu eng aber das ist Ansichtssache. Man muss wissen, dass im Winter der Parkservice (Supermarkt) mehr als deutlich zu wünschen übrig lässt ( zwar offen aber katastrophales Angebot ) aber man ist mit dem Rad in kurzer Zeit im Zentrum von Lemmer, wo man von Aldi bis Lidl, Metzger Supermarkt etc alles zur Verfügung hat. 2 vernünftige Räder stehen zur Verfügung. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Ort an den man gern zurückkommt.
