The vacation house is located on a 2200 m² large property. Here you can feel like home from the very beginning. The arrangement of the house is very suitable for a relaxing vacation in a health resort. There are 3 big terraces, 3 balconies, large lawns, fruit trees and grapevines. The neighbouring properties are as large as this one, and they have a similar construction. As a matter of fact, you can enjoy a lot of free moving space. The property borders a hill landscape conservation area. The property can be reached on a small dead-end street, outgoing from the highway Sümeger.

Cserszegtomaj offers wonderful views upon the Lake Balaton, upon Keszthely and Heviz. This place has a wonderful architecture. The beautiful houses are vacation houses or private ones. There are several riding yards, where you have the possibility to ride. Numerous small streets and paths guide you through the beautiful vineyards. In Heviz, you can also find a small „Grinzig“.
