The Master Bedroom of the 'Private Casita' Includes a Newly Remodeled Tile Shower; Additional Entrance with New Spa just outside the door; Queen Size Bed; New Entertainment Center with New Color T.V. with Cable; New VCR; and a small refrigerator built into antique cabinets. Everything is provided for in the aforementioned 'Casita.' All cookware; dishes; towels; linens/bedding; iron; ironing board; hair dryers; even toothbrushes if you forget your own. All you need is you and (Your Guests/Family) and your clothes.
Upstairs accommodations of the main house: The overall size of the House is approximately four thousand (4,000) Square Feet, of which the Upstairs is approximately one thousand (1,000) square feet. These accommodations have a private entrance from a side gate court yard below via a wrought iron spiral staircase. The master suite is 21 Feet X 18 Feet.
Currently, it is a combination Bedroom, Living Room, and Kitchenette: Wonderfully Furnished; Brand New Built-In Cabinets; Brand New Full Size Refrigerator; New Large Micro-Wave Oven; a Color TV with Cable; Magnificent Library Cabinet; Two (2) Desks for Writing; and IBM Word Processor; Bookshelves; Large Credenza for your clothes; complete living room with: couch, coffee table, chair, end tables and lamps; plates; glasses; silverware; towels; linens/bedding; iron; ironing board; coffee maker; complete dining table with chairs; etc., etc...The Master Suite currently has a Full Size Bed in it. Additional Beds are also available upon request. The Master Suite has its own Private Bathroom with Tile shower; Toilet; Large Tile Vanity with Sink and Large Mirror; and a Spanish Tile Floor. The aforementioned Large Bathroom, has an adjoining Private Laundry Room with New Washer and Dryer. The upstairs accommodations are very private.
You could sing and dance, even do the Tango and not bother anyone! There is also a balcony to view the Disneyland fireworks.
Additional information about the estate: The Property has hundreds and hundreds of plants (of which there are over one hundred (100) Rose Bushes). There are also other areas of the main house that may be available for rent as well.
A bus stop is located just one (1) block down the street from the residence. For the guest who travels a lot - the 'Airport Bus' operates 'Around the Clock' to and from John Wayne Orange County Airport, and Los Angeles International Airport from one of the major hotels located less than a one (1) minute walking distance from the Residence.
About the neighborhood: The neighborhood is a good one, and it is safe as well. The Residence is in close proximity to everything.
Golf:
All the major hotels, The Crystal Cathedral, UCI Medical Center. The Anaheim Convention Center, Edison Stadium (Home of the Angels Baseball Team), Arrowhead Pond, Amtrack, The Anaheim Plaza, The 'City Block' Outside Mall in Orange, Knott's Berry Farm, Movieland Wax Museum. Medieval Times, a lot of really good restaurants and Disneyland Theme Park, of course.
